Taken form Zortrax Zortrax has recently acquired a private investor, who will obtain 1.2 million shares with total value of over PLN 44 million. The company has secured funds for further development. The Polish 3D printing leader and one of the leading European players in the segment has acquired a domestic private investor who, in the pre-IPO process, will gain more than 1.2 million shares of Zortrax with a total value of over PLN 44 million, obtaining a 15% shareholding.
