Raise3D Premium ABS

ABS or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is a widely used industrial thermoplastic, preferred for its great mechanical properties and heat resistance up to 90°C. ABS is a suitable filament material for 3D printing models and parts for the prototyping stage of product development, as well as later stage of function testing and parts assembly. 3D printed ABS parts have been successfully used in the manufacturing applications both with or without post-finishing.

ABS is more susceptible to shrinkage and warping than PLA, and can be a bit more challenging to 3D print.  For successful ABS prints, a heated bed and closed chamber is strongly recommended.  Make sure the 3D printer is in a well-ventilated area, or use a printer that has a filtered build chamber.

R3D Premium ABS Recommended Printer Settings:

• Nozzle temperature = 230-260℃
• Build plate temperature = 100℃
• Default Printing speed = 50mm/s
