NanoPolymer Adhesive provides superior bed adhesion with most 3D printing materials and build surfaces.

Vison Miner developed NanoPolymer Adhesive to provide excellent build plate adhesion for high-performance 3D printing materials, like PEEK, PEI, and PPSU.  Not only does it work well with these high-temperature materials, it also works with most other 3D printing filaments, like Nylon, ABS, PLA, PETG, PSU, PVDF, PC, HIPS, PVA, and more. 

NanoPolymer adhesive works with most build surface material, such as Borosilicate glass, ceramic glass, PCB board, FR4, Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Aluminum, BuildTak™, PEI, Kapton tape, and more.  Simply clean the surface, apply the adhesive, calibrate the first layer height, and start printing. 

Important instructions for 3D printing with NanoPolymer Adhesive

  • When printing with high temperature materials (over 300ºC), be sure to remove the part as soon as it's done printing.  The build plate must remain hot - the extremely fast cooling and contraction of high-temperature materials can damage your printer's build plate.
  • When 3D printing at temperatures under 300ºC. remove the part as soon as the plate cools.  If it sticks too much, apply water around the base of the part to help it release from the plate.
  • Use caution when 3D printing with ABS or PETG directly on a glass build surface.  Even without adhesive, these materials contract when cooling, which can damage or destroy a glass build plate.  If possible, use Kapton tape, PEI, or another protective surface on top of the glass when printing with these materials.
  • Properly level your build surface and set the z-offset correctly to ensure that your first layer is perfect.  If your first layer is too close, it can damage your build plate.
