Zortrax v2 Extruder Cover

The Zortrax M200 has been shipping with a new and improved 3D printed Extruder Cover. We're printing some for our older in-house units. These should help cut down the stress on the cable as it traverses the print area. One of the many little improvements that have come with time on the Zortrax printers.
