Zmorph 1.75mm ASA filament is a tough material for use with the i500 3D printer.  ASA has mechanical properties similar to ABS (high impact and heat resistance), with the added benefits of resistance to chemicals, UV radiation, and outdoor weather.  Use Zmorph ASA for for 3D printed models that will be used outdoors.

Zmorph ASA Recommended Printer Settings

  • Nozzle temperature = 260-280⁰C
  • Bed temperature = 100-120⁰C
  • Fan speed = 20%
