MakerBot METHOD Specialty Nylon filament is an engineering-grade material, optimized for high abrasion resistance due to its excellent flexural, tensile, and impact strength, and heat resistance of up to 180°C. MakerBot Nylon is ideal for producing functional prototypes and end use parts for demanding applications in the automotive and industrial products industries.

MakerBot METHOD Nylon is compatible with MakerBot Method and Method X 3D printers, using Material Extruder 1.  Use MakerBot PVA water soluble support material when 3D printing with Nylon.
