BASF Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is an industrial-grade filament material for 3D printing. Its special formulation consists of a polyamide base and a 15% addition of micro-carbon fibers. Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 combines the durability of nylon with rigidity of carbon fiber, while still easy to post-process.
This high-performance filament shows high stiffness, high dimensional stability, and chemical resistance. Additionally, Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 withstands the temperatures reaching up to 150 °C. This material is designed for for projects in engineering, robotics, automotive, aerospace, and other deamanding industries.

Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 Recommend 3D Printing Settings:
- Nozzle temperature = 260 – 280°C
- Print speed = 30 – 80 mm/s
- Heated bed temperature = 100-120°C
- Layer height ≥ 0.2mm
- 0.6mm hardened nozzle recommended
