As you use your Afinia H-Series 3D printer, ABS and PLA material can build up in the printer's nozzle, and it will require a cleaning to ensure optimal operation. Don't let this lead to productions delays - have a spare nozzle ready to go! According to Afinia, cleaning the nozzle may require soaking it in acetone overnight. Having a spare nozzle keeps your printer running during the process, and swapping the nozzles is not difficult (see your Afinia H-Series User's Manual for instructions).
